Friends

Its funny, if you take out the r in Friends, it becomes Fiends. I always thought that between two friends, there is always mutual respect. Respect has to be earned on the battlefield, or on the basketball court, but between two friends, if you treat them with respect, it will be reciprocated. So what THE fuck do you mean i have to earn his respect to actually talk to him? Correct me if im wrong, but after hanging out all the time with someone for over a year, being there for them, doing everything a good fucking friend does, i think ive EARNED the title friend. Deserving the respect of a friend when you have not let them down is not a privilege, its a fucking right. If you think that the definition of being a good friend is to be treated like a joke, then frankly i dont know how the fuck to be your friend.

Bobby out.

  1. For it to be mutual it must be reciprocated first. What you may see as something deserving of respect may not be what he acknowledges as worthy. Sometimes he can be a dick, but sometimes from it you can pick up the hints and learn to understand his perspective. I'm sure he means no harm but at the same time he isn't good at voicing his thoughts - guys are just like that. I just hope one day you can, over a milk tea or a bottle of beer, understand each other because I think you are worthy.. you just have to show him why.
